What this website does

This is a website that funnels leads to paving contractors. We connect people who need paving work with independent paving contractors who cover their area. We do not lay, repair, clean or seal paving and we do not supply materials. When a contractor contacts you, any quote, agreement, payment and guarantee for the work is between you and that contractor.

We are not an installer, a builder or a supplier, and we give no warranty of any kind for paving work, materials or workmanship. We are not an agent of the contractor or of you, and we are not a party to the agreement for the work. We are not responsible for the contractor's work, advice, prices, timing, conduct or compliance with laws, regulations, estate rules or standards. What we try to do

We aim to pass your job to contractors who cover your suburb and do the type of work you describe. We cannot promise that a contractor will be available, will contact you within a particular time, or will agree to do the work. If we cannot find a suitable contractor, we will try to tell you.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information and only submit details that are yours or that you are entitled to share. Check any contractor's quote, insurance, references and guarantee before you accept. Make sure work that needs approval, for example from an estate HOA, a body corporate or the municipality, is approved before it starts. Tell the contractor about anything you know about the ground, pipes or cables under the area to be paved.
